Privacy Policy

Tripline is in private beta, and this site only collects a waitlist. Here's what that involves.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the waitlist form: your email, and optionally your store URL, monthly order volume and whether you're open to a short call. We use it to invite you to the beta, choose a mix of stores, and contact you for a call if you said yes. If you don't submit the form, we collect nothing.

This site has no analytics, no tracking and sets no cookies. We never sell your information.

Who else handles it

We use an email service provider to store the waitlist and send emails, and a web host and font service to serve this site. They only process your information to provide those services, and some are based in the United States.

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep your details until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete them, or the waitlist closes. You can unsubscribe from any email, or email support@gettripline.com to see, correct or delete what we hold. We'll reply within 30 days, and honour any further rights you have where you live, such as under the GDPR or CCPA.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above, and email you first if the change is significant.
